Story
Liu Chen and Ruan Zhao of the Eastern Han went into the Tiantai Mountains to gather herbs. They encountered fairy maidens and stayed for half a year. When they returned home, their descendants had already passed seven generations. They could never find the fairy realm again. This sign warns against indulging in illusions and going astray.
Oracle Poem
Gathering herbs on Tiantai, they met fairy maids; / Half a year in the mortal world, seven generations fades. / If the Peach Blossom Spring were truly habitable, / How could they fail to find the old road that was stable?
Interpretation
Career: Addicted to short-term profits or speculation, neglecting one's main business. Relationships: Fleeting romance; don't take it seriously, or risk falling into a love trap. Wealth: Illusory wealth, gained and then lost.
