签69:孙猴子闹天宫

Average Fortune

Story

Sun Wukong, after completing his training, caused havoc in the Dragon Palace and the Underworld, and was pacified with the title of Protector of the Horses. Later, he rebelled against Heaven, declared himself the Great Sage Equal to Heaven, stole the peaches of immortality and elixirs, and was eventually suppressed under the Five Elements Mountain by the Tathagata Buddha. This fortune signifies that arrogance based on talent will invite suppression.

Oracle Poem

The golden-banded staff dances, disturbing the Heavenly Court; Daring to treat the Celestial Palace as a playground. Though possessing supernatural powers, it's hard to bind oneself; Under the Five Elements Mountain, sighing in loneliness.

Interpretation

This fortune is neutral, indicating that talent needs to be restrained. In career, do not oppose superiors; follow the rules; in relationships, willfulness can hurt the other; in finances, gains and losses coexist; do not be greedy. The phrase "Five Elements Mountain" warns that freedom must have limits.
