Sign 3: Dong Yong Meets the Immortal
Average Fortune
Story
Dong Yong of the Han Dynasty, a native of Qiansheng, lost his mother young. After his father died, he sold himself into servitude to pay for the burial. His filial piety moved Heaven and Earth, and the Seventh Fairy Maiden descended to help him repay his debt. The two were married under a scholar tree and wove a hundred bolts of brocade to clear the debt. Later the Jade Emperor recalled the fairy maiden to heaven. Dong Yong waited faithfully, and finally under the scholar tree he was reunited with his immortal wife, and they had a son, Dong Zhong. This sign signifies that filial piety and righteousness move Heaven; though separation occurs, reunion comes in the end.

Interpretation
This sign is neutral, like the moon waxing and waning. In career, you must rely on integrity and filial piety to stand firm; the start will be hard but noble helpers will appear. In love, long-distance relationships or those with an age gap can succeed, but they must pass tests. Financial luck is tight at first then loosens; avoid speculation. Overall, after enduring clouds you will see the moon, but the journey has twists—hold to righteous thoughts.
